I'm Chloe Bowen, a freelance Garment Technologist specialising in womenswear, with additional experience across menswear, working predominantly with jersey and soft woven categories. I have supported both established brands and start-ups in developing production-ready garments, providing technical input from initial design handover through to bulk approval.

My expertise includes detailed tech pack creation, fit and size set management, grading and measurement consistency, and direct factory communication. With a structured, solutions-focused approach, I help brands achieve accurate fit, clear specifications, and efficient production processes while maintaining quality and commercial viability.
